Terms of Service

Welcome to Socialverse. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Socialverse platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Definitions

  • "Socialverse" refers to the platform operated by Socialverse, a company registered in Nigeria.
  • "User," "You," refers to the individual accessing or using the Service.
  • "Service" refers to the Socialverse platform, including the website, mobile applications, and all related services.
  • "Content" refers to all text, images, data, and other materials available through the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Promptly update your account information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our payment services.

4. Services

Socialverse provides a platform for purchasing digital services including but not limited to:

  • Social media growth services (followers, likes, views) via multiple SMM panel providers
  • Bill payment services (airtime, data, electricity, cable TV) via VTpass

All services are provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Service availability may vary by region and provider.

5. Wallet and Payments

The Service includes a digital wallet for funding purchases. We support multiple payment methods including bank transfers and cryptocurrency via our integrated payment providers. By using the wallet and payment features, you agree to:

  • Funds deposited into your wallet are non-refundable except as required by law
  • All transactions are processed through our authorized payment providers (Korapay, TransactPay, Cryptomus, and PocketFi)
  • You are responsible for all transactions made from your account
  • We reserve the right to limit or suspend your wallet at any time for security or compliance reasons
  • Wallet balances do not earn interest

6. Orders and Delivery

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the Service
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the service provider
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers
  • Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without written permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another user
  • Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Circumvent or manipulate our pricing, wallet, or payment systems
  • Use the Service to facilitate fraud or illegal activities

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Socialverse and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

9. User Content

You retain any rights you have in content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Socialverse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Socialverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any third-party conduct or content on the Service
  • Any services obtained through the Service

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Socialverse and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Socialverse regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
